Booking Policy
OCCUPANCY
- All prices are based on double occupancy except for the Senning House and Waterfront Chalet which are based on quadruple occupancy before applicable taxes
- (12% HST applies to all sales)
- extra adults – $15.00 per night
- kids (6-18) – $10.00 per night
- under 6 – free
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
Two nights minimun stay required for booking Waterfront Chalet, Senning House and Cherry Shade for both high and low season.
Five nights minimum stay required for all units July 15 – Aug 30.
CANCELLATIONS – HIGH SEASON
50% non-refundable deposit required 60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS – LOW SEASON
There is 30 day cancellation policy. You will be charged for one night’s stay if your booking is cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival.
PET POLICY:
- PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE WATERFRONT CHALET OR CHERRY SHADE
- Dogs are $15/night
- Other pets are $10/night
- A maximum of 2 pets/unit
- Pets must not be left unattended in cabins or on the property
- Please keep pets off the furniture
- Please pick up after your pets
